Keyworth Village Hall Clock Restoration

During early 2012 Keyworth Village Hall Clock was attacked by vandals who smashed the cover glass, bent the hands and in doing so damaged the clock movement. Time Assured were asked to remedy the situation.

The photograph of the hands above are shown after they have been straightend.

Time Assured repaired and refurbished the hands and fitted a new PETG Cover Glass (upgraded to be more robust against acts of vandalism). We also upgraded the Clock with a Automatic Restart Unit. This will automatically change the time for BST and GMT and also automatically correct the clock in the event of a power failure.
